What they came with.
African service businesses — beauty salons, fitness studios, clinics, repair shops, tutors — were patching together WhatsApp scheduling, M-Pesa receipts, and spreadsheet inventory. International tools (Calendly, Square, Mindbody) priced in USD and didn't speak local rails. Local tools didn't speak international cards.

What we did.
Multi-tenant from day one. Each business gets a workspace with its own brand, services, staff, and currency stack. Booking flows accept M-Pesa STK push, Paystack cards, Stripe abroad, and Polar for digital products — same invoice, same dashboard. Cloudflare Stream powers service-demo video. CSP-locked frontend, full RBAC, audit log, GDPR-ready exports.

What changed.
Blyss is what we use to run Blyss Studio's own bookings — the /contact slot picker on this site posts to a sibling instance. It's also what's behind a growing roster of paying tenants from Nairobi to Kigali.
