A content-managed studio site for an architecture and interiors practice — a render-vs-built comparison engine, structured project case studies, and a discipline-driven CMS that turns the studio’s 3D pipeline into its sales tool.

Outcomes

  • CMS-driven

    Self-managed projects & journal

  • Render-vs-built

    Interactive comparison engine

  • Booking flow

    Site-visit enquiry pipeline

01 / The brief

What they came with.

Mchoro Mawe’s craft — hand drawing, 3D rendering, then bespoke joinery — was being undersold by a generic contractor brochure. They needed a site that read like the studio actually works: render first, agree the cut, then build.

02 / Approach

What we did.

We anchored the homepage around a render-vs-built drag-to-compare and four discipline tiles (frameless glass, gypsum, joinery, partitioning). The studio’s 3D pipeline became the proof, not the pitch. Every project page is a hand-drawn plan + render + photograph triptych.

04 / Outcome

What changed.

Booked site visits became the primary conversion. The studio no longer competes on price — clients arrive having already walked through the room on screen, signed off the cut, and chosen the finish. Variations on site disappeared.

"They drew the entire fit-out before any contractor arrived. Eleven weeks later we walked into exactly the room we had signed off in 3D."
