01 / The brief

What they came with.

ZebraTrek’s differentiator is geographic — Mombasa-based, hand-on-keys logistics from the airport to Tsavo to the beach. Their old site read like every other safari Wordpress template. International guests landed and bounced.

02 / Approach

What we did.

A coast-first homepage with a herd-on-the-savanna hero and a clear three-step flow: tell us your dates, we design, we handle everything. Itineraries became proper pages — single-day Tsavo, three-day Saltlick, four-day Rendezvous — each with day-by-day breakdowns, lodge galleries, USD/KES switching, and a single CTA per page.

04 / Outcome

What changed.

Inbound from Europe doubled in the first quarter. The site stopped being a brochure and became a quoting engine — guides ship custom itinerary PDFs straight from the CMS.
